THE 8-WEEK FINISHER PROGRAMME FOR HARDWARE PRODUCERS

Turn Your Hardware Jams into Release-Ready Music in 8 Weeks

Stop second-guessing. Stop chasing gear. Follow a proven system to take your ideas from sketch to finished track, and finally become a producer who releases music.
Next cohort starts October 13, enrolment closes October 8.
Don’t miss your spot.

The Big Problem

Ever found yourself stuck in the loop trap?

Stuck in Loops

Patterns full of 8-bar ideas that never develop into real tracks.

Gear Overload

New machines piling up, but still no finished music to show for it.

Endless Frustration

Hours in the studio that end in doubt and wasted effort.

I’ve been there too.

For years I told myself the next synth, the next plugin, or the next free weekend would finally fix it.

But the truth? None of that mattered.

I didn’t need more gear or more time.

“What I was missing was a system I could trust to take me from idea to finished track.”

The Transformation

That’s why I created Hardware to Release, an 8-week finisher programme for hardware producers who are tired of looping forever.
Across 8 weeks, I’ll guide you step-by-step through the same system I use to take a raw jam and turn it into a polished, release-ready track.
By the end of the programme, you will:

Finish Your Music

Turn unfinished loops into complete, release-ready tracks.

Follow a Clear System

A proven step-by-step path from raw jam to polished track.

Build Lasting Confidence

Develop skills you can rely on long after the programme ends.
"This isn’t more tutorials.
It’s the transformation you’ve been chasing."
“James is the business. His deep knowledge and passion resonate in every lesson.
He makes the complex simple. My No.1 mentor.”

How It Works

The programme is built around a simple idea: one clear stage each week.
No overwhelm, no info dump, just steady progress that takes you from raw jam to release-ready.

Idea Creation

Week 1 - The Spark
Build your first loop on your machines and learn how to capture the raw energy that will fuel the rest of your track.

Recording

Week 2 - Get It Into Ableton
Seamlessly record your patterns into Ableton, without the usual headaches, so you have clean stems ready to mix.

Mixdown (Part 1)

Week 3 - Shape the Foundation
Balance and polish your recorded elements, locking in a strong foundation for the track to build on.

New Material

Week 4 - Evolve the Idea
Add fresh layers, textures, and sounds to expand your track beyond the loop and keep it moving forward.

Mixdown (Part 2)

Week 5 - Tighten the Mix
Dial in EQ, dynamics, and space so every element sits in harmony and your track starts sounding pro.

Basic Arrangement

Week 6 - Build the Structure
Lay out your track into a complete arrangement that flows naturally from start to finish.

Final Arrangement

Week 7 - Add the Magic
Refine transitions, details, and energy shifts so your track tells a story and keeps listeners engaged.

Final Mix & Premaster

Week 8 - Finish Like a Pro
Balance the final mix, polish with subtle mastering moves, and export your track ready for release.
“Exactly what I was looking for, a clear path from start to finish using my hardware and DAW.
James is an engaging, skilled teacher.
Highly recommended.”

Still Have Questions?

I get it, investing in yourself is a big decision. Here are the answers to the most common questions producers ask before joining.

What if I don’t have time?

Each stage is one clear focus per week. With lifetime access, you can always revisit and move at your own pace, no pressure, no falling behind.

I already have other courses. Why this one?

Most courses give you techniques. This programme gives you a proven system to actually finish tracks, it’s not about more information, it’s about transformation.

What if I can’t keep up?

The structure is designed for momentum, not overwhelm. Calls land exactly where people usually get stuck, so you’ll always have support when it matters most.

Is it worth the investment?

The real cost is staying stuck: wasted gear money, half-finished tracks, endless frustration. This programme gives you the ability to finish for life, a return that compounds.

Do I need specific hardware?

No. I’ll be using Elektron, synths, and Ableton, but the workflow applies to any hardware + DAW setup. Whatever machines you own, the process works.

What if I’ve never finished a track before?

That’s exactly why this exists. You’ll follow a step-by-step system that makes finishing music second nature.
No matter your starting point,
this programme is designed to meet you where you are,
and get you to a finished track you’re proud of.

Doors Close October 8th
Cohort Begins October 13th

Spots are limited for a reason, this isn’t just content, it’s direct support designed to get you finishing music.

The Programme

You’ll join five live group calls at key stages of the 8-week journey, where most producers usually get stuck. With a maximum of 8 producers per cohort, you’ll have space to ask questions, share progress, and stay accountable. Recordings of every call are included so you can revisit them anytime.

The Mentorship

Alongside the group calls, you’ll get six private one-to-one coaching sessions spread across the 8 weeks. These are tailored to your workflow, giving you direct feedback and a clear action plan each time. You’ll also have personal guidance on up to three tracks, making sure you leave the programme with results you can be proud of.
⚠️ Programme tier is limited to 8 producers. Once it’s full, doors close until the next cycle.
⭐ Mentorship is even more limited, available by application only. Spots are reviewed first-come, and they usually fill fast.
“Excellent. One of the best courses I’ve ever watched.
James hones in on techniques that help you finish music and inspire confidence.”

The next cohort begins Monday, October 13, with the first content drop on Saturday, October 11.

You get lifetime access, including all future updates and recordings of the live calls.

Every call is recorded and uploaded so you can rewatch anytime. If you can’t attend at the scheduled time, you’ll have the option to submit your questions in advance, I’ll answer them on the call so you still get the guidance you need, even if you’re not there live.

The Course (£199):
Because this is a self-paced product, refunds are not offered after purchase. Please make sure it’s right for you before enrolling.

The Programme & Mentorship (£599 / £2,499):
Due to the limited spaces and live, guided nature of these tiers, refunds aren’t normally offered once you enrol. That said, I understand life can throw curveballs, if something serious happens before we begin (illness, unforeseen circumstances), reach out and we’ll work it out fairly.

The Programme and Mentorship tiers include access to a private Discord group, plus feedback during calls. All students can reach me directly via email if needed, though I recommend saving non-urgent questions for the group calls so everyone benefits.

No. While I use Elektron gear, synths, and Ableton in the lessons, the workflow and concepts apply to any hardware + DAW setup.
